• 'Turnaround' servce - Our 'Introduction' service with the added benefit of completing a 'moving-out assesment' with your current tenant to ensure the property is re-let at the high standard you expect.  This service can include cleaning, decorating, and repairs where neccessary.

 

• 'On-going Management' service - We will take away all the hassle of managing your property, leaving you free to enjoy the returns of your investment.  This service includes collecting rent, re-letting in between tenants, dealing with tenant issues and repairs.
